Co- is an English prefix meaning coming together, and FENCE+CO’s “ChalkTalk” invites residents, neighbors, passersby, et al. to come together at the literal and metaphorical fence to explore burning questions and be heard. A collaborative arts initiative, FENCE+CO was created to catalyze and facilitate exchange and dialog in Houston’s Second Ward.
